The Tower Oaks Civic Club is a non-profit corporation founded in 1983. The operation and finances of the civic club are managed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the neighborhood. The board is responsible for ensuring new construction and changes to existing structures follow the neighborhood deed restrictions. All property owners in Tower Oaks are members of the Tower Oaks Civic Club and are eligible to vote at annual meetings as well as serve as an officer or committee member.
The Tower Oaks neighborhood is located in northwest Harris County near Houston, Texas.
